ACTIVATION
In order to make purchases at the MuchMusic Mobile Store, you will have to
create an account. This is to ensure that the phone you have specified in your
profile is correct and, in fact, that it belongs to you. Its a painless "one
time process" that you can do while you are browsing, or during the final
purchase process. The choice is yours.
Creating an account before you start to browse will make it easier to make
purchases when you are ready to buy and ensures that the previews you hear are
customized for your phone. If you haven't logged in to your account before
browsing, you may still log in during the purchase process, but make sure to
preview the tone again after you have logged-in to confirm the tone or image
you are purchasing. You may also create your new login account at this time.
Remember, you will only need to create an account for your phone once. You
will, however, need to edit your profile if you get a new phone.
Activation requires two main steps. First you need to create a MuchMusic Mobile
Membership. If you are already a MuchMusic Member, you just need to confirm
that your mobile information is correct and up to date.

Under MuchMusic Shop Logo click the yellow "Login" button.

You will be prompted to Login with Your MuchMusic membership or create one if
you haven't already.

To create a new MuchMusic Membership click on "Not a member? Click to join" and
then follow the 3-step process.

A free text message will be sent to your phone with a unique number. Have you
cell phone handy and leave the membership window open so that you can enter in
the verification number when you receive it.

When you are finished and you see the message Thank you for updating your
profile close the window and you will be able to login.
